The Jomtien Nivate Apartment complex was acquired in 2002, comprising four townhouses conjoined and extended with a combined living area of a little over 1600m2. Twelve initial apartments (two x two of the apartments were conjoined), and subsequently wholly renovated, not limited to plumbing, electric systems, balconies, windows, and doors, upgraded, an extra roof floor added and garden built, underground water tanks and an indoor garage added. The ten apartments were fully rented out shortly after completion. Jomtien Nivate apartment complex was divested in 2016.
